Velantro Travel Ltd ("Velantro", "we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales, trading as Velantro Travel at velantro.co.uk. You can reach us at hello@velantro.co.uk.

Velantro is an AI travel curation and comparison service. We help you plan journeys and shortlist flights, stays, routes, restaurants and experiences.

• We are not a travel agent, tour operator, airline, or seller of travel.
• We do not take payment for flights, accommodation, transport or activities, and we do not hold client money.
• Every booking is made with, and fulfilled by, a third-party partner on that partner's own website, under that partner's terms and conditions.
• Because we do not sell travel, Velantro does not provide ATOL or ABTA protection. Your protection, where it applies, comes from the partner you book with.

Itineraries, route suggestions and commentary are produced with the help of AI models working from live partner data where it is available. Prices, availability, timings and opening hours shown on Velantro are indicative only and must be confirmed on the partner's site before you book. We do not guarantee that any option shown is still available or priced as displayed.

Velantro earns commission from some partners when you click through and book. This never changes the price you pay. Commission does not determine whether a partner appears in your results — we surface what fits your request. Outbound partner links are labelled as such.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to scrape, resell, or automate access to the service, and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

Creating, viewing and booking out itineraries is free. Velantro Pro is an optional software subscription (£9.99 per month) covering exports, saved comparisons, price-drop alerts and unlimited plans. It is billed monthly, can be cancelled at any time, and does not include any travel product. UK consumers keep their statutory cancellation rights.

We provide Velantro with reasonable care and skill, but the service is supplied "as is". We are not liable for the acts, omissions, cancellations, pricing or service of any travel partner, nor for losses arising from reliance on indicative information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
